I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, having run my own fitness classes, managed fitness studios and hosted retreats.
Group fitness is a community where everyone is treated the same and is our happy place.
I am Les Mills trained in Body Pump, Body Attack, Exercise to Music, Pilates, Wall Pilates, Fitness Pilates and Beginners Pilates, Aqua Fit, Body Conditioning, Lean and Lift, Walk Fit, and Buggy Beat (a cross training class for Mum and baby). I am qualified on Flex as well.
Recently, I have introduced an online platform through my private facebook called “Midsection Meltdown”. This is ideal for perimenopause, menopausal, and post menopause.
As well as teaching, I offer Indian head massages.
