Class Information
Body Blitz
A workout focusing on the lower body, with an aerobic warm up to start with. This uses body weight, weights or bands.
Fitness Pilates
A modern approach to pilates.
Total Body Workout
An overall whole body workout using weights, bands, and body weight.
Lift and Lean
An interval weights, resistance bands and body weight work out which will tone and shape the whole body.
Total Body Fusion
A holistic approach using props to condition the whole body as well as a cardio element.
Total Body Conditioning
An overall body workout, improves muscle tone and bone density. Pilates, stretch, relaxation, and lovely relaxing flow of Pilates and stretching exercises.
